Safer Web Surfing for Children

It is vital that we keep our children safe when they are using the Internet. We have selected these links to help you make surfing a safer experience for all members of your family:
  The DfEE's guide for parents (regardless off computer literacy levels) on how to make sure children are safe on the Internet. The site also includes examples of good practice from schools around the country.
  This site, which has won several awards, offers useful information for keeping children safe on the Internet.
  This NCH site includes information about child safety when surfing.
  This is a link to PC magazine 'Computeractive's advice on Internet safety. It includes a guide to programs you may wish to use to help keep your child safe (pdf format)
